Spring 2011 lines are out and I've been drooling over several pieces in the J. Crew line. Bold colors and loose fitted bottoms are in. I totally love the paper bag waist on the skirts, too. The beauty of a paper bag waist is the versatility it gives: dressy or casual and slim or curvaceous.
